Service Requirements
Non-Refundable Deposit for Booked Events: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be reduced from total cost once your order has gone ahead. The deposit amount will vary based on the location and the size of your party. In the event For Keepsake is unable to fulfil the event in which the deposit has already been taken, be assured if the event is not rearranged you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Minimum Spend: A minimum spend is required per booking, this amount is determined by the location and party size.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required during the booked appointment.
Orders
Invoice Agreement: Invoices must be signed at the time of purchase; the insurance of your ceramic’s specifications need to be checked and terms and conditions must be agreed before proceeding with payment.
Refunds: In the case that a product is classed as faulty and does not meet the signed invoice specifications in full, a discount, rearranged visit or refund will be provided. This will be discussed and agreed at the time of this occurring.
The materials: All underglaze is non-toxic and easy clean. Production
Process: Due to each piece being hand painted, artworks, text or any additional add on’s will be painted to a close representation of what’s advertised; however, they will not be identical. Any artwork requested but not advertised will be painted to the best of our ability and chosen based on what For Keepsake feels works best. Due to these being hand painted products small imperfections may occur. In the event any artwork has been added by a customer, For Keepsake can give advice but not take any reasonability of the final look or colours of the areas the customer has painted themselves.
Promotions
Single Promotional Offer: Only one promotional offer can be applied at a time. Promotional
Period: Offers are valid only during the specified promotional timeframe.
Discounts: Discounts apply only to ceramic pricing and exclude artwork or delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
10% Discount Card: The 10% discount card is valid for one-time use only. To redeem your discount, the card must be presented during the appointment and will be collected once discount has been applied.
Delivery
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges only apply on orders which are to be sent out via courier. Orders over £75 will receive free delivery. If delivery charges apply this will be discussed at our meet.
Currency: All orders are processed in GBP.
Delivery Address: Your order will be delivered to the address given at the time of order, as stated on your invoice.
Delivery Timeline: Approximated delivery/dispatch will be 14 – 21 days from order being fully placed however, during busier periods delivery can be expected to be slightly longer.
Risk Transfer: Once your order has been received you will have full ownership, any damage caused will be taken at your own risk meaning For Keepsake will not have liability for any damage or loss caused.
Bespoke Orders: As per distance selling laws, goods that are made to your specific requirements cannot be returned unless faulty. All orders will require signature on their invoice to insure they’re happy with all personalisation which will be added, customers will be provided with a copy of their invoice at the time of the order being placed.
Hand Delivered Safe Place: A mutually agreed-upon delivery time will be arranged, at this point a “safe place” will be requested if no one is available to receive the delivery. In this case photographic evidence of the location will be provided. Ownership of the ceramics transfers to you at this point.
Data
Data Collection: The collection of your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order. Data Retention: Your personal data could be retained up to 18 months after the order is complete. At your request your personal data can be removed earlier once your order has been successfully delivered to you.
Data security: For Keepsake will ensure data security has appropriate measures taken to protect all persons. If a breach occurs, you will be notified immediately, and guidelines will be followed to protect security of your data.
Force majeure clause
Force Majeure: For Keepsake shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations or for delays in delivery, damages, or defects in the products sold if such failure, delay, damage, or defect is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, fires, floods, explosions, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, system or network failures, supply chain disruptions, or any other events or circumstances that prevent us from performing our obligations. In the event of a force majeure situation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any expected delays and will resume our obligations as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter.
Entire Agreement
Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any documents expressly referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and For Keepsake concerning the sale and delivery of goods. They supersede and replace any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, or representation made or given by or on behalf of For Keepsake that is not set out in these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

No Medical or Professional Liability: For Keepsake products are intended for general use and are not designed or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or reactions that may occur from the use of our products. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities: Although we take care in selecting materials, For Keepsake cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other adverse reactions that may occur from the use of our products. We recommend that customers conduct a patch test before using any product if you have any concerns that a possible reaction may occur.
Use at Your Own Risk: Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of For Keepsake products for their intended use. We are not responsible for any misuse or incorrect application of our products. All usage of our products is at the customer’s own risk.
Product Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of some of our products, slight variations may occur. For Keepsake is not responsible for these natural differences, which are considered part of the unique character of each product.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, For Keepsake shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or inability to use our products. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
